I love this shoe! I tried over 30 shoes for my toddler and her feet were so chunky, I couldn't even get them in hardly any shoe and if I could, they were too tight or left indentations in her skin. I bought the extra wide after I heard about this brand and they were so easy to slip on! Immediate relief and she loved walking and running in them. Good quality, comfortable, opens wide to get feet in easy and stays secure. Get them! Your baby's chunky feet will thank you! Happy and relieved mama after finding these.

My early walker only wears these Stride Rites. The flexible soles and wide toe bed keep your kiddos growing feet protected while supporting natural growth. Highly recommend soft motion by Stride Rite. This color is the best at hiding the dirt! Not to mention they come in Wide sizes! Safety and support make them worth every dollar!

I like these shoes so much for my 2.5 yr old that I've purchased them twice. They're super cute and they go with EVERYTHING. They're leather, so they're great for walking around on our wet Seattle streets. The soles are extremely flexible and the shoe is wide so I feel that they are perfect for my son's developing feet. My only complaint would be that I wish they were a little bit wider. My son has ridiculously fat feet, and even though I get the XW, we're still at the end of the velcro when I sinch them down on his feet. I also wish they made them in larger sizes because I don't want to switch him to regular, hard- soled shoes. - Anyway, I highly recommend these and all of the other Soft Motion shoes. We've had a ton of them over the past year and a half. I love them, my son loves them, and even our daycare owner has commented that she wished more parents would put their kids in these kinds of shoes. - Highly recommend.

My son loves these shoes! He is very active and has wide feet. He doesn’t like to put on other shoes that squish his toes together. We bought the size 5.5 wide and they have been the only sneakers he will wear! They have lasted months and are easy to get on and off.

Perfect fit for an almost 1 years old walker. He wore them for 3 hours the first day, with no socks. As his first shoes, I expected some discomfort and redness but there was none. He got used to them very quickly and they didn't slow him down at all.

These are so good! Honestly I haven’t had much of chance to test them out, my kid has just started walking so he’s usually indoors. But, so far: they are super easy to get on, my kid has super chunky feet and they’re perfect. He seems able to walk in them well. My only gripe is the cost, but I got a cute neutral one that’ll work with most of his clothes, and I got them a little big so we’ll get good use out of them.

Like I said, I love this brand. They provide super durable and comfortable shoes. I actually got a pair of shoes passed down to me for my son and I’ve loved them since. I got this pair of 3.5 extra wide toddler shoes and it drives me crazy that the Velcro strap doesn’t seem to reach the other end. It’s either barely and as soon as he folds his foot it comes undone 🙃 if this is how the wide shoes work I’ll probably not purchase the wide ones anymore. My son doesn’t even have super chubby feet I wanted him to be comfortable. Take this into consideration if your baby has chubby feet. The straps don’t seem come longer… which makes no sense.
