Great board! But could be a little more sturdy..
Love this board. Chalkola markers work great with this board, they dont linger when cleaned, and wipe well. Only con- the frame is not as sturdy. Especially for being front/back, and something I plan to use for both children, I will have to 'baby' this item, and be careful that I don't put anything too heavy on top of it. I see some hot glue in the future, perhaps holding it together. But overall, it 's a very cute board, looks full when completely filled out, love the graphics/fonts, and like the design.

Colorful and fun, easy clean
Just used this for my son's first day at school. Chalk markers went on bright and bold, and came off easily with a little bit of scrubbing with a paper towel. Left the marker on overnight and had no trouble getting it off. It has a good weight to it and doesn't feel flimsy. Pretty sure I'll be able to use this for another few years at least!

We used these for our going back to school pictures. They were easy to clean and fix mistakes and are good quality.

Not really a chalkboard
It's a black textured board, but certainly not a chalkboard. I opted not to use this for my son's school photos because I wanted an actual chalkboard that could be used year after year. This will give you a one maybe two time use, but would not tolerate being written on and erased year after year. Not even confident it would erase the first time. If you don't care about multiple uses, I do recommend because it is cute and well made. I like the look of the frame.
