How far away will the rod sit from the wall using the mounting barackets that come with it?

The center of the rod is 2 3/4 inches away from the wall.

Which brackets do you get? The sturdier curved ones or the bent sheet metal brackets?

I ordered this same product a few months back and I received exactly what is pictured, the curved brackets. I'm very happy with the product and was very easy to install--FYI

My dimensions, I need 142". Does 144 include finales or just rod?

Hello, The rod extends to a maximum dimension of 144". This dimension is without the finials. Thank You, Kenney QA
