Instructions suck!

Used it to repair my leather motorcycle gear. It worked great.

As advertised - used to fix the snaps on the tonneau cover on our pop-up camper. Same exact snaps, included tool worked fine - didn't need to purchase a high priced "snap fixer" tool. The price here was also a bit cheaper than direct from the manufacturer.

was short one side to complete both sides of the jacket.Otherwise worked fine to replace the zipper that brokeon my camo coat.

can't use it

Worked great for replacing lost snaps on Gyro ski helmets. Installs like a tiny grommet.

These worked fantastically for repairing Condor HHR Pouch which I use for carrying a small two-way radio when working outside. Though the pouch has been great, the belt fastener snap was poorer quality & broke. The Fasnap repair kit worked like a charm & was above and beyond quality of the original snap.Don't understand the bad reviews. My suggestion is find a hard, sturdy surface to attempt any repair/replacement. Don't try to finish it with one or two hammer strikes either. Take your time & you will attain a perfect quality repair. On my first attempt I left a little slack in the repair so I could check indoors with better lighting. If you hammer too hard or too long, it will show on the "finish" exterior side. Once satisfied, I returned to finish setting the snap post. Been over one month without any regrets.
