I bought this to cool a Ryzen 5700x. Below 30% fan speed the noise levels are low, no problem. However at least with my BIOS the fan kept ramping up constantly because of the temperature jumps that are induced by precision boost with practically every task. After getting some software and fiddling with the fan curve I was able to eliminate that problem and then things only get loud (but bearable) under load. The reason I won't recommend this fan is that for just a few dollars more there are vastly superior solutions out there (provided you have a full-size MOBO/Case).

AMD CPU Wrath Spire Cooler
Shipping was fast, received a few days early, and would buy from again. Very pleased with the cooler, was better than what I was expecting. Had the RGB light ring on top and copper where it comes in contact with the CPU, not like in the pictures.
