Are there 125 flowers per the the purchase of one quantity?

If the picture is one package, then, yes. I believe there are 125 flowers per order. I bought mine several months ago and I believe I bought 2 packages and it is very full and fits in a large mouth pitcher.

The colors of a daisy. White with yellow centers & green stems

Can you pull the flower heads off easily?

They will pull off, but I chose not to do that
