I have purchased five of these backpacks from this brand in three different sizes. I will not purchase another brand as these are the holy Grail. The quality of this bag is unmatched - and the colors are gorgeous.The size was perfect for what I needed it for. These are a great value for the money. They have so many compartments and pockets - which allows you to fit a lot of things in it while keeping it organized. And as is important for any bag like this, we have had zero issues with any of the zippers, and they all work very smoothly. All the different compartments were easily accessible. I 10 out of 10 recommend these and all of the sizes that we have purchased have fit fine under airplane seats as a personal item.

Perfect traveling backpack. Bought this to travel to Europe and it was great and the price was even better! Handled everything I needed it for and love that it has a separate spot for shoes especially when traveling. So far the quality seems great and the color is exactly as pictured

There are plenty of compartments and sections to keep your tech, notebooks, and clothes organized. I was able to fit my laptop, a tablet, and a notebook with room to spare (as you can see in my photos!). -​Build Quality -- The zippers feel heavy-duty and high-quality, which is usually the first thing to go on travel bags. I read about this travel backpack in a Google News article. It said flight attendants highly recommended it. I'm unsure if that's true, as they mostly carry a small work travel bag. I needed something spacious enough to carry two days' worth of clothes and a few extras for two, be light enough to manage with several other pieces of luggage yet allow me a backup if our luggage got misplaced. This backpack/suitcase was perfect! I got more than two days of clothes for two people plus toiletries, medications, and other needed items for a two-week international trip. The backpack held up to being slung around, shoved in an overhead bin, shoved underneath the seat on airplanes (fits perfect in either), packed and unpacked several times, and carried around as a backpack. For the most part, it did a fantastic job. I can see a few little threads coming out. Still, the bag itself is in great shape after a journey involving multiple methods of transportation and multiple repacks. The main compartment was roomy enough to fit everything. The back compartment was great for documentation and paperwork. The small pockets in the front were great for little knickknacks and small, flat items like tissues. And, the hidden, up against your back pocket, was great for passports and money. I did not use the shoe compartment, which takes up a large portion of the main storage compartment. I did not use the charging component, as every bag nowadays has that feature. The bag was light on its own with comfortable straps. Even though my bag came folded, as noted in many reviews, I left it out, laying flat with a few items on top a few days before I packed. The bag was perfectly fine, and the dent or bend was irrelevant. Well, I cannot speak to the long-term use or quality of the bag. If it holds up for multiple trips, it's well worth it! It did an excellent job for what I needed it for, and I'm sure it will be used many times in the future for short trips. I saw the same bag on about ten other people during our two-week trip, which either speaks to its marketing or usefulness.

Budget airline “personal item” friendly! It was the right size, especially just relying on the personal item bag to be my *everything*, on this trip. Just had to pack “smart”, (and random tip: consider packing a soft/collapsable tote bag or purse, for when you reach your destination!) I personally used the shoe compartment for a slim pair of flip flops, only. All together, it worked perfectly, toiletries and all, for a 4-day trip! Even for winter-like weather. Not exactly an Osprey, lol. But perfect for getting from point A to point B! The zipper quality is good, I did not have any “snagging” issues, at all. The straps adjusted nicely to what I needed, and stayed at the initial adjustment, as well. I also loved all the pockets, and the depths that some of them offer! Definitely worth the price, and it’s easy to pack, stow and go, for other types of excursions. :)

Don’t let the photo fool you. It looks like a traditional piece of luggage, but it truly is a quality, durable backpack. The square shape and different pockets allow you to fit a surprising amount inside. As with higher-end backpacks (think the outdoorsy type), there are adjustable side clips to compress or expand this pack as needed, assorted zips to stash things to keep your items secure, an outside pocket for your water bottle, and even a shoe pouch. The fabric is durable, water-resistant, and pleasing to the touch. I was a little dubious about this purchase when I ordered it, but I’m very happy with what I received! It’s comfortable to wear, and provides a satisfying sense of security that your stuff is safe inside. Highly recommend.

I got the 25l which seems plenty roomy & easy to carry. This bag is super cute & functional. I love the shade of blue which is not exactly your typical Royal blue shade but it’s a gorgeous blue. The bag itself seems like it’s very good quality & I especially love the wet bag feature for swimsuits & such. The zippers do seem very strong. I can’t wait to use it. Please note that the different bag colors have different features, please read the descriptions & look at the pics for each color. The 25l royal blue color does not have a hidden security pocket or a front chest clip but those features were not a game changer for me personally. I love it!!

This is a deceiving backpack. It is lightweight and from the outside looks small. On the inside it fits everything you need.

Currently use it for the gym and all it's compartments enable me to be really organized. Intend to use it for weekends away, love all the compartments, laptop section, shoe area, and wet pocket. My only criticism is that the side pocket is not very useful, a bottle holder would have been helpful.

This is a very beautiful bag! I honestly have nothing bad to say about the quality and design. This type of bag is clearly made to last for a long time. The only mistake was mine because I bought the LARGE size instead of XL. Since it was too small for me, I just gave it to my child.
