A nice little stapler , be aware it will not hold a 10mm staple.It will accommodate up to an 8mm staple not longer.The set of staples listed as often being bought with the stapler is a 10mm staple which will not function.Get an 8mm staple or less and you will be happy.

Did not come with staples which was disappointing.

First this item that was recieved was most definately used, covered in dirty fingerprints. Second, this is being sold as a 3/8" (10mm) crown stapler. What I recieved was a box that says 3/8" (10mm) but stamped on the stapler is 11.2mm (hard to read with all the scratches) this will not work with 3/8" crown staples.

I know this is silly but I couldn't get it to work and it didn't come with directions. I don't know if I am doing it wrong or if it just doesn't work.

The instructions on how to open and load this stapler is very minimal at best. I have never owned one of these before and it took me forever to get it open. THEN, the staples that Amazon had suggested and were grouped with this stapler do not even fit! This was for me, a fail all the way around. It isn't even worth my time to return the staples, so I will just have to go to the store and buy the correct staples, and hope I can load and use this stapler. I was hoping to get my project done tonight, but now it will have to wait. Grrrr......this is so frustrating. It was supposed to be easy to use.I would like to amend this review. I have been contacted by the seller and they have been completely professional and courteous. Their level of customer service is exemplary and they have taken it upon themselves to rectify the situation for me. My only request was to include clearer instructions in the package, which they have said they will do, and they are sending me the correct staples without me even asking. As I told them, it wasn't their fault that Amazon grouped the wrong staples in the ad, and they will also address that with Amazon, as I would get nowhere with that. I have never had such good customer service from a marketplace seller. Because of this, I am changing my rating from one star to four stars.

High quality and as good or better than the name brands. Purchased two of the staple guns and highly recommend them.

Lightweight stapler. Jams up too much for my liking.

I am going to save people a lot of frustration in finding the right size staples .... I had asked seller no response looked online nothing got package not even mentioned so after trying multiple sizes I am happy to report you need 1/4" I got these and they finally worked perfect! Hope this helps others!
