GREAT, quite small desktop fan. Be aware it has an 8-hour auto shut-off featue
This fan is nice and quiet. Gets power from any standard USB charger-type plug. My wife's Intel NUC computer started to overheat and even blowing the dust out didn't get temperatures below 150°F/66°C. I ascertained it probably needs the thermal paste replacing, but before going to the $100 expense at the local computer shop, I invested $14 in this nifty little fan.It works great. It's quiet and small, perfect for directing airflow onto the offending computer unit. It immediately brought the CPU temps down to 80-110°F/26°-43.3°C. It is so quiet, you have to know what to listen for and you cannot hear it four feet away. The only complaint I have is that it auto shuts off after 8 hours of use. So we have to restart it. Originally I thought this was a defect, and found out from Christine at the company that this is a normal safety feature to prevent motor burn-out. There is no way to circumvent that so we just have to be diligent when using the fan. I tied a piece of ribbon on it so we could know by looking that it is on.The bottom line is that this superb little fan saved me $100 repair on the computer, and now that we know about the time-out, we're fine with it. All good wishes!

So good, I bought two!
All 5 stars for review because this is a well made fan.I got this for my wife who is going through some serious hot flashes, mainly at night. She’s got all the windows open and a floor fan at high speed. I didn’t think I would mind but dang that floor fan is loud and it wakes me up. So does the mid-50’s temperature inside! Brrrrr.I gifted it to her for Mother’s Day and I didn’t know what to expect. I read all the reviews and did some research into other wildly expensive solutions but in the end, this cute little fan saved the day! Well, saved the night but you know what I mean. The surprise with the fan was that it has a capacitive touch control for turning it on/off/hig to low. It takes some getting used to but she figured it out quickly and has it on the nightstand pointed at her, mainly to keep air moving as she feels stuffy at night. It worked!! Now I get a good nights sleep and she gets air moving around quietly. It’s very quiet so if that’s what you are after, this is it!Good: * inexpensive to purchase and operate. * quiet * effective at moving volumes of air * adjustable stand for pointing up/down. * well made. It feels solid and nice to the touch. The plastics are good quality so for the price, I think it’s a bargain.Consider: * it’s powered by USB which is fine but it does not come with a power supply. That’s okay because I knew that up front and we already had a USB port bedside so it was easy to plug and play. * capacitive touch may not be for everyone but it’s not bad. I worry about long term reliability with switches like this but it hasn’t been an issue in the slightest. Adaptation seems good. * it’s not as small as you think. It’s not huge either. Imagine two drunk coasters side by side. If you have room for that, then you should be okay. It can easily pack in a suitcase for travel but it’s not ultra compact. The Bad: * I have nothing here to add. Its a good fan at the price and works for those who feel stuffy at night and hot. Moving air is a good way of feeling better when experiencing hot flashes so it’s a win in that category. Otherwise, no negatives here.

Small but effective
I’m one of those who have to have a fan around. I just purchased my second such fan. Works great on the bedside table as it is low noise (mind you, some folks can’t stand any noise when sleeping…this will not work for you.). The dual fan does a great job at directing an impressive flow of air at two speeds…all with only the touch of a finger. Small enough to travel with; very lightweight. Can be plugged into USB ports. The adjustment leg, while simple, effective and good design, it has limited up and down swing. But with some imagination, I’m sure this fan could suite most situations.

Whisper quiet and worth the try
So far so good! I'm using this as the van fan when camping/sleeping in a VW Weekender in NorCal summers. Test runs in Sac and Yosemite were a success.Pros:Whisper quiet! You can still hear the outside, ambient noise (read: bears, critters, vermin, etc.)Super light and compact design!Great for open office areasUSB power offers wide range of options: car adapter, phone brick, USB portable station, laptop, ...anything nowadays really.Solid up to 3 feet away outdoors with no cross breeze.Cons:Super sensitive power button will cause some OCDs to go crazy if moving it around. It's so quiet that you won't hear yourself turn off.One more gear up, even with a bit more noise, would be perfect. The power cable is fixed to the appliance, so don't pull on it hard. I'd have rather it be micro USB for more configurations and storage, but not a deal breaker by any means. None of these are in fact.Reality says: This needs to be pointed at you to be functionally usable, but you can feel the jet from up to 5 feet away when enclosed. As long as you're not expecting the love child of a tornado and an air conditioner I think you should give this a try.

Gran, gran producto ¡!

Will buy again with no hesitation.
So far, so good. It's so hot at work it is impossible to work. At least now I have a little air flow on me. I'm very surprised of how quiet it is. It's been running 8h straight every days for the past 3 weeks now and it's still working at its best. The power button is quite easy to miss at first though as it is a tactile one on top of the fan and it's dark grey over black but once you are used to it it's not at all an issue. I love the two fan speeds available as well as the support leg you can adjust to get the air flow at the right place and the right height. You can also use it as a handle, which I did once to remove a bit of dust at a unreachable place under my desk. The price is great and the build, even if made of plastic, seems to be sturdy and we'll thought of. It's small, which I like because I can put it right under my monitors. Will buy it again.

Decent power for the size 👌🏻
Decent sized fan, very lightweight and has a good bit of power behind it too.The dual speed is great too for that extra bit of cooling. The unit fits on my desk without making it seemed cluttered and isn't too loud on the first speed, second speed is obvious a little louder but it's not enough to be irritating. This is the first personal fan I've purchased so I'm quite happy with spending £15 on it, it's portable too which is greatly but I'm not sure it'd survive many outings. It's not flimsy though, it feels like it's well made, I just worry about the connector wire on the bottom, it could snag on the stand in transit and break.*UPDATE*I've been using the fan at both speeds now for around 6+ hours over the past two days and I've had no issues at all. Running well, pretty quiet even on the high setting.Provides me with the gentle breeze of cool air that's much needed. I'll update again in a week or so and see if it's still holding up. There is a 24 month warranty on these so if it breaks I can always get another one.
