well it work on a 80qt al stock pot on the inside

Personally, I wouldnt use it for a food application. There isn't much aluminum in this epoxy...there are a lot of resins and other chemicals in it that are probaby not food safe. I use it to fix ipads where the aluminum case is so bad it need reinforcement.

I have a 1/2 crack in a black plastic diesel fuel filter that holds 70psi, can I repair the crack with this ?

I don’t believe that stuff is good for plastic, just metal. But you can always try it. That’s how you’ll know for sure.

My husband put a gash in the side of our rv, Will this work to fill in an area about 7 inches long and can this be painted to match?

It will work but you will need to: flatten the gouged metal as best as possible, strip all the surrounding paint to get to bare metal, depending on the gap - may need to fasten a piece of backing of the same material (a strong panel bonding glue will work), make sure every part of the repair area is scratched well for good adhesion (80 grit), clean it with wax & grease remover, and then wipe it. You may have to sand it down with 80 grit and re-wipe it multiple times to get it built up enough, work up to 320/400 grit sand scratches, and once it is block sanded smooth/straight - you can prime it and paint it. (I also strongly recommend NOT listening to a comment that starts with “probably”)
