The product came danaged. Since it’s a built in area I just went with it to avoid waiting. Other than the damage it’s a quality kegerator. Update: I was contacted by the seller and they have outstanding customer service. They made this right without me having to ask. I really appreciate the support and the fact this seller stands behind thier product. I would highly recommend this kegorator to everyone.

I own it... I am the reason for the mix up with customer service. All credit to the vendor they actually reached out to me based on this review and are in the process of correcting the situation resulting from shipping. As I previously stated the unit is working perfectly and now that I know the vendor has my back I couldn't be more pleased with the purchase! Shame really. Unit seems well built and quickly reached 35° temp when turned on. However, unit was damaged in shipping and after an initial response from the vendor on replacement parts, I am now getting ghosted. If this is the kind of support you get for something as simple as a parts replacement I can't imagine what it would be like for something more serious.

Kegerator makes loud compressor rattle only after a week of use. Tried contacting HCK but no luck. Update: They replaced the kegerator with a new one in a timely manner so I’m updating the rating

The unit we ordered would not get down to the correct temperature. HCK customer service was very responsive over email, but ultimately we couldn't figure out the problem so I sent it back.

Purchased this item but cannot figure out how to attach the handle. Tried contacting the company but I'm not getting a response. Can anyone help with this?

Installed this kegerator in my home bar in basement as a built-in under cabinet unit in November of 2022 and barely 24 months later the unit stopped cooling and I couldn't keep temperture below 55 degree fahrenheit. I didn't buy the warranty, looking back now I should have. I contacted the manufacture and they were no help. They just directed me back to Amazon. I would definitely proceed with caution when selecting this unit, especially for the built in space. I am concerned with buying a new unit and wondering if the beer faucet unit will align with the pre-drilled hole in my granite countertop. I don't want to buy another unit from this manufactuer due to poor product life. Loved the unit while it was working however I would expect this would last longer than two years for this kind of money.

Excellent product and customer service. Stays extremely cold and operates very quietly. All components are of high quality and easy to use. Would buy again!

This is a very solid, well-built, quality, quiet Kegerator. It comes with everything you need for a quick setup. In spite of the excellent packaging, the unit is all stainless steel inside and out, and therefore solidly heavy. I suspect that the shipping company at some point accidentally dropped or bumped the unit and in doing so damaged the right rear, top corner. Although only cosmetic, the effort to repackage and return ship the unit would have been difficult and costly. I emailed customer service and within a few hours over a few days, was able to negotiate a mutually agreeable partial refund in lieu of returning the unit. I will definitely buy from HCK again.
