Parts appear to be well constructed and very useful for suspending a 10 foot by 13 foot sun shade sail. The turnbuckles are not being used for my application.

This is a very handy set of packaged hardware for installing/attaching sunshades to houses, decks, etc. It's quick and easy to use and allows for attractive, matching hardware on installations. Just purchasing two of the tension hooks at the local hardware store will cost the same (or more) than this complete package of items. I am happy with the product!

These are called "heavy duty", but I beg to differ. If the grommets in your sun shade are heavy-duty, then these hooks are too small. I'm 99% sure I will end up returning the SIX SETS that I bought. We are installing the shade today, and I tried the hardware on the grommets, just to see. Already, I see that the carabiners are too small. Won't even fit on my heavy-duty shade, so at a minimum, I will need to buy different carabiners. The hooks on the turnbuckles JUST DO BARELY FIT on the grommets on my shade. I'm going to let our handyman make that call. If even a little wind comes up, and if there is even the tiniest bit of slack in the shade, I'm worried that it'll slip off the hook. These do seem well-made. I'll give them that. But they are NOT large enough to fit "heavy-duty" cloths and grommets.
