We bought two of these collars about a year ago for our large German Shepherds, and they've worked very well. The collars were easy to adjust and fit both dogs comfortably. What impressed me most is that we've never had to use the shock feature. The tone and vibration settings alone have been enough to stop the excessive barking. In fact, our dogs seem to know when the collars are on. We don't leave them on 24/7, and when they're off the dogs eventually go back to their normal behavior. As soon as the collars go back on, the barking stops almost immediately. The batteries have held up well, and after a year of use we've had no issues with reliability. If you're looking for a bark collar that is effective without relying on shock, I'd definitely recommend these. They worked exactly as we had hoped for our dogs.

This is a really nice collar. My very vocal golden girl absolutely loves it. She knows she looks good in this fashion accessory. It makes her feel special, and it works well. I love the option to just set a warning tone + vibrate only because that is all that is needed for her. She barks once and it does its thing and she runs right back to me and calms right down. She’s super quiet now. I have never needed to have it administer a shock, which is so much better on my heart because she’s a sweetheart aside from the constant barking.

Life saver! I love my husky but his bark is literally non stop and ear piercing … to the point I was ready to rehome him because was getting daily headaches from him. This collar has made our lives happier and peaceful once again. He got used to it within 12 hours. I normally would never use a bark collar on my dog however in this case it was our only option to keep our sanity, and still be able to keep him. It works really well, and the battery is long lasting. The only thing I’d change is that you could choose if you wanted the loud beeping sound to be off when it sends a signal. But still a great product.

I have a 1-year-old Jack Russell Terrier. I raised her in an apartment with a large balcony overlooking the street. For the past 6 months, I've been receiving complaints about her barking late at night. She starts barking at passing neighbors, cars parking, anything that might come into her line of sight. I wasn't sleeping well because she spent the night barking, I bought the collar out of desperation and it worked. Be very careful with the settings; your dog isn't used to this. I've been using it for a few days and my dog ​​simply doesn't bark anymore; I only put the collar on her to sleep. I'm only using the noise-making mode at level 2. Level 5 is too aggressive; you need to be careful because the Shock collar has 3 settings. noise vibrating and shock I’m just using noise and works great. I was hopeless.

This works well however the battery doesn’t last more than a day or two before requiring a new charge and I purchased 2. Somewhat annoying, especially since I only put this on my dogs when we are on the deck or times where they are more likely to bark. I am grateful I am able to simply use the vibrate feature and that’s enough to stop the barking.

Our two dogs, a boxer mix and a schnauzer, are prolific barkers -- at everything and nothing. We've tried all sorts of techniques and gadgets to quiet them down, without success. So out of desperation, we gave these a try. The collars are on the lowest setting, vibration and beep only, no shocks. The dogs understood immediately and there's no more barking. They're calm and not frightened of the device. The best thing is that you don't need a controller, the collars do all the work. The price was also reasonable. Neighbors can now walk their pups past our house and our dogs just sit quietly and watch. Delivery folks can come onto our porch without chaos. Our neighbors can sit outside without these loveable nuts going berserk. We're not constantly correcting them. We now live in a peaceable kingdom/queendom. Highly recommend.

We were having issues with our older dog where she would bark at any food item meant for her or not. It was driving us crazy and causing us to yell at her (sorry). My brother told me about this bark control collar, and I decided to give it a try. The price was very affordable and the results were immediate. We opted for the sound and vibration only, but the first tier of control works great. Upon barking, the collar rumbles and it surprised her enough that she didn't want to try it again. She does forget over time, but it is quickly remembered with the rumble noise. I LOVE THIS COLLAR!

Let me start the review with good information first. The dollar is nicely designed, easy to use, and the battery seems to last a good amount of time. It hasn’t had a false trigger for my dog, which I can verify mostly because I have a camera setup in my home to watch the dog when I’m not there. My dog has stopped barking with the collar on, and I’ve only used the beep/ vibration setting (no shock) which was encouraging. My issue with this collar, and the reason I rated it 3 stars, is because it doesn’t do anything for light yelp-ish barks or for howling, no matter how loud. I think the device is setup to listen for a sharp, loud bark and then to go off. It WILL NOT go off for howling no matter which sensitivity setting you have it on. My dog is park husky and has a very loud howl which he does for upwards of 10 seconds sometimes, and the collar has never gone off for that even though it is very loud. I have the sensitivity turned all the way up so I am confused why this would be. I will probably be returning this as I am unhappy with the results. If your dog ONLY barks with no whining/ howling, this is a great solution for you. Otherwise, this will not work out for you and your dog.

Week 1: The best purchase. I have a 3-year-old German Shepherd and as any owner of a GS knows they do love the sound of their own voice and Kodi is no exception. This collar was easy to use, I liked that it has 5 intensity levels and that I can choose from vibrate, sound and shock (I only use vibrate and sound). The sound alone stops him from barking. I use to have to close the blinds to stop him barking at everything that goes past the house now I don't, though he is smart and funny, he now stands at the window and really quietly goes "woof woof" so as not to set off the sound or the vibrate. You can use all 3 features on this collar at the same time or each one separately or a combination of the 3. The shock feature, I don't use it because I do not believe shocking a dog is a way to teach them. The vibrate and the sound gets his attention, the sound is quite high pitched and this feature works really well when he forgets and reacts. I swap between level 1, level 2 and level 3, so that he does not become accustomed to the intensities. Kodi wears the collar for about 5 hours a day, never at night and if I do leave the home without him (we are usually together 27/7, he goes everywhere with me) the collar is NOT left on him. I don't need the collar on him when we are out together because he never barks when we are out of the home. Eventually I will place the collar on him every 2nd day but as a starting point for anyone with a dog who barks incessantly, daily use of this collar did work for me.

Dog now doesn't bark. long life battery - charged it up when I got it, it has been almost a week, hasn't needed recharge yet. Maybe sometime next week. Took only a few times of the sound for my dog to figure out that he barks and the noise goes off. For my dog he is afraid of the sound. haven't had to put on the vibration or shock so far.

My German shepherd dog (8 months old) was barking non stop. Not wanting to go into shocking collar right away (BTW they are now called static correction collars now) I tried the Petsafe citronella scent spraying collar; what a joke! didn't work at all but my dog smelled great! Then I tried a vibration collar I believe also from Petsafe. Same: did not work. My neighbors called bylaw because of the dogs barking. Then I purchased this one on amazon; This collar is amazing. My dog only had to bark about 4 TIMES and learned to keep his mouth shut. First it gives off a tone, then a vibration and then a shock. I think Ive charged it once in the past 2 months (I do turn it OFF though when not in use) . The collar has a super easy to read display which lights up the icons of the functions being used (tone, vibrate and or shock) We stopped having to use it after 1 day as it was THAT effective.Love it and we got to keep our dog.
