"Mid Century Shaving Cream was created for wet shavers who lather with a shaving brush. We use less than 10 ingredients, all plant based and natural, with no harsh preservatives or chemicals. We used premium ingredients to create a premium performance shaving cream that transforms your morning shave into an experience you look forward to. Quality MattersIf the only change you make to your shaving routine is to switch from goo in a can to a high quality cream like ours, you will notice immediate results in your shave. High quality shave creams lubricate the skin and soften the hair so the blade glides smoothly, and cuts hair more easily. A brush actually stimulates the hair follicles and stands the hair up in the cream, ready to be cut. Chemicals used in aerosol cans are hydrophobic, and dry the skin, causing irritation. How to Lather A Shave Cream 1 - SOAK YOUR BRUSH so that it's completely saturated with warm water 2 - REMOVE EXCESS WATER from your brush by giving it 2-3 firm shakes into the sink. 3 - LOAD THE BRUSH with an almond size dollop of cream on the end of the bristles 4 -SWIRL YOUR BRUSH in a bowl, your hand, or on your face to create a rich, thick lather. The lather is perfect when it doesn't have visible bubbles, and forms stiff peaks on the end of the brush. Your lather should have a rich sheen, and when you rub it between your fingers it should slide smoothly and leave behind a thin layer of lubrication. Take care when lathering to add more water slowly as needed, few drops at a time to the base of the brush. You can always add more water, but you can't take it out. How many shaves you get from a container of shaving cream depends on how much cream you use. Remember, a little goes a very long away. An experienced shaver could get 100 shaves out of a single container. For Best Results Use a Safety Razor or Straight Razor"
