Good Value and Quality
We order this product regularly as my daughter needs to tape both ankles for soccer at least 5 days a week. She prefers this brand due to it's strength, ease of tearing and repositioning when needed. Buying in bulk helps keep the cost down, and is a much better value than buying from the drugstore or big sports store.

Most adhesive yet painless athletic tape!
This might just be the best athletic tape out there! My daughter uses this tape everyday at gymnastics to wrap her wrists, hands and knees. By doing this, it prevents her from getting rips and provides knee support. This one box lasted her a whole year, and since she seemed to like it a lot, we made sure to buy it again!Pros:-has an amazing amount of stickiness in order to not easily roll up, but doesn't leave any residue to the area.-easy to tear-sort of rough texture , so it can easily grip onto itself when wrapping over and over-with 8 rolls of 45 feet each, it lasts a very long time!Cons:-none!Overall, my daughter loves to use this tape in order to ensure she feels comfortable and have less pain when practicing gymnastics. I would highly recommend this athletic tape if your searching for the perfect tape to be able to perform your best whether it be simple gym workouts or professional, high level gymnastics!

Hampton Adams is simply the best.
I'm a hockey player and have been for my whole life. I've been dinged up, beat up, cut, smashed, bruised, broken, bumped, dislocated and the like. Hampton Adams trainers' tape has been there for me to support me through my toughest injuries. It sticks well to the skin, very well in fact (No, seriously, shave your injury site or you'll be in for a world of hurt pulling it off). As well as it sticks, it leaves almost no residue when you pull it off. It provides excellent support when applied properly and gives just the little bit of flexibility needed to keep competing. This tape allows you to rehab injuries effectively while still doing the activities you love.

Strong adhesion, but humidity makes it hard to unroll
I’ve been using this tape for a while now. I started with another brand and found that it wasn’t sufficiently adhesive, so Hampton definitely beats that other brand. I use the tape when I practice on trampoline to stabilize an ankle, which is recovering from serious injury. My ankle feels very supported by this tape, but it also begins to give a little with use, which is good because I want to have the right amount of range of motion. As advertised, Hampton tape is easy to tear with the zig zag edges, and it does the job right.I’m mostly, 95% happy. The 5% is because the sticky stuff on the tape seems to degrade, and I’m not quite sure why. When I leave extra roles at the gym in a plastic container, it “goes bad,” but if I have it at home in its box, it’s fine. Is it the plastic box? The gym is air conditioned (probably better than my apartment), so the plastic box is the only thing I can think of. If it weren’t for that, I’d give it 5 stars.

Versatile and works well
I primarily bought this for taping fingers for martial arts. I've since had to use this to fashion a splint to treat my mallet finger. I was lazy this weekend and had the splint on for 3 days (It was still working but I felt I had to change it for hygiene). I also use it to tape my injured finger so I can bathe and not get my splint wet. Minor dampness does not cause any trouble with the adhesive but Soap does cause the adhesive to fail. Moisture does cause the adhesive to bunch up so removing it when damp can be tricky. But when dry the adhesive really holds up to activity, yet is still easy to remove when needed.
