What else to say, really? I've tested dozens of cables for this printer in studies using double-blind methodologies, and this one always comes out on top for... aesthetics?It's a cable, and it works if you pair it with the correct printer. In the interests of full disclosure, I did not actually conduct the study described above as I'd like to believe that I have better things to do, and would prefer to just trust that the cable's going to work as advertised.

Our HP6310 is normally connected to our desktop that uses XP so we had problems connecting our Windows 7 laptops to the network. With the cable we were able to connect our laptops directly to our network printer and print without any problems. Delivery was fast as well.

Someone gave me an HP Officejet 6500 because it stopped working for them. But, as soon as I connected this cable to my laptop it has been working PERFECTLY!!! PRAISE GOD INDEED!!!
