Delivery : Rating 1 star for delivery, as I didn't even know where my product was. Worst experience. It was a prepaid order. Delivery date was December 8 and I got notification as delivered on same day. Waited for whole day, next day tried to connect with amazon customer care wh8ch does not seem to care. They're like ask your neighbour, family members etc. NOT HELPFUL. In such cases amazon is a mess, flipkart provides much great support by giving atleast delivery agent number.Packaging : GoodProduct : I haven't started using it, but I know it works because I have previously ordered it for my friend who had severe body acne, who told her body acne has been reduced with regular use. The scent is good, not chemical smell. The freshness lasts longer and smell lasts for an hour after bath. I purchased this for my partner who is having body acne. Looking for improvement with in 3 months. Will update the review after use.
