Imagine Teacher - Nintendo DS

I purchased this game for my 7.5 year old second grade daughter. She plays school a lot and needed a new DS game. This was a big hit for her for Christmas. She loves being the role of teacher and checking her students work. Because she is on the younger side there are a few things in the game that are a little challenging and frustrating... she has had to repeat a few of the exercises and get help with them but overall she loves the game and she even began playing make believe with her Barbies using the game.

This game lets the player practice being a teacher. In this game your character teaches at a new school, in a new town. When you first start you only have four students but as you progress thoughout the game you get more students.In this game you teach the students different subjects such as: arithmetic, geometry, reading, writing, drawing, biology, history, geography, music, and pottery.After some lessons such as arithmetic, geometry, reading, writing, biology, history, and geography it lets you practice correcting the students work.This is a good game for anybody who wants to become a teacher, or is studying to become a teacher(like I am now) because I would like to become a teacher one day because I love kids.

This game is okay at first, but after several levels, the gameplay grows tedious. It has you doing the same little activities over and over and over. Sometimes, the children will mess around, and you have to interupt what you are doing to tap on them, and that loses time for you. (The ammount of time that you have to do things is rather short!) You do get to grade the student's papers, and pick when in the week you are going to do certain subjects. You also have to clean the classroom after everyone is gone. (nope, no janitors) There is a little story line going on, but nothing much. (Something is stolen, one of your co-workers has a crush on you, things like that) This game takes forever to complete, and is not really worth it. It is only fun for a little bit.

My 12 yr old likes playing this game. I bought it for her since she loves her DS and and she play's teacher all the time in her room, so I thought this would be great for her. She says she feels like she is really a teacher when playing this game.

I got this game for my daughter and she loves it. She plays it every chance she gets and she says it is the best game that she has gotten recently. I would recommend this game to anyone that has a child that likes teaching and learning through teaching.

The object of this game is to teach a class subjects like math, science, history, reading, writing, and art. The class gets progessively bigger as you progress in the game. What I don't like about this game is that what you are teaching is way too easy. It is WAY too easy for an adult and even too easy for a young child. Also, it does not take very long to beat the game. I beat it in about three or four days. I can see why if you want to be a teacher this is good practice, but the game is too short and too easy.

My 10 year old daughter has been playing it since she got it, very entertaining. This was perfect for her since she wants to become a teacher someday, I would have loved something like this when I was little.

Bought this for my grand daughter for Christmas. She hasn't said too much about it, so I can't give an honest review. I'll rate it a 5 because she hasn't complained or asked me to return it. I'm assuming it's an ok game.

My little sister loved this game! She liked how you could do things with the students and how you got more students as time went on. She also liked the dialog in the game.

Ideal for my daughter who dreams of being a teacher. Interesting concept, lets kids play at being a real teacher in a virtual world.
