One of the best purchase I’ve made to date. Good quality and have attachment options as well.

Good

It leaks. The handheld shower head has a small mechanism inside that unlocks when you press the level to release the water. Once you release it, it ever so slightly pushes the small black washer head outside that drips water all over the floor. We tried repalcing washer rings and different washers, it doesnt stop the dripping. If you dont want your bathroom floor to be always wet or worse, cause someone to slip and fall. Do not buy this.

This is the easier thing possible to install; just unscrew the previous tap aerator and then screw this new attachment on and then the hose on the other end. I did not experience any leaks or any headaches. The hardest part was unscrewing the aerator because I didn't have a spanner. Works perfectly....great appearance, fit and material and good pressure for cleaning everything. Good materials and hope it is durable, but I reckon it will be.

This handheld bidet set is easy to install and works well for everyday use. The spray pressure is good, and it's useful not only as a bidet but also for washing hair and general cleaning around the wash basin. However, the quality of the shower hose could be better. Rust tends to build up inside the hose over time, and I find myself having to clean it almost every week to keep it in good condition. Given the material quality, I also feel the product is priced higher than it should be.Overall, it does the job well and is practical to use, but better-quality materials and a more competitive price would make it a much stronger product.

I have installed two of these now and very easy to use. The pressure is amazing, quality is also nice. Make sure that your tap is of the rigth size, you will have to do a bit of research in terms of that but you will get there. I feel the seller should also make a proper installation video and tell more about the M24 and M22 tap sizes and what threads are etc as not all taps are the same. I had to do a lot of research but then got it installed perfectly. Give more options for the holder of the bidet as most flushes are wall mounted. In rented homes, you cannot drill so there needs to be another way maybe. Regardless, great product, such a relief.
