Writting this review after almost 1 year of purchase. Till now It was working fine but got some error on display SE error and the touch stopped working. Had to call engg to fix it thankfully it was under warranty. So had to pay nothing. He replaced the touch pad and some wire strip which was otherwise costing 1500. I would suggest to go for extended warranty as u don't know when it will break down. Now I have extended the warranty for another year. Rest the product is fine.. don't buy cheap brands unka koi bharosa nahi. At least u have service for good brands.

Good product , I am using it last from 1.5 years and found no deviation , Working Find in every mode except grill part was taking too long for ready to eat ,

Extremely Poor Quality & Reliability I am writing this review after using this Samsung microwave for around 3.5 years, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. The microwave has become faulty 4 times in just 3.5 years, and I have already spent around ₹5,500 on repairs. For a product from a reputed brand like Samsung, this level of reliability is simply unacceptable. What is even more frustrating is its apparent sensitivity to moisture. Almost every monsoon, the microwave develops some problem. It seems to be practically allergic to humidity and moisture. Despite taking proper care of the appliance, the same issue keeps recurring. Interestingly, the person who recommended this product to me has faced almost the same problem and has spent a similar amount on repairs within about 4 years. So, this doesn't feel like an isolated incident. After spending a significant amount on repairs, I am left questioning whether it is worth continuing to repair this appliance every year. A microwave should provide years of dependable service, not become an annual repair expense. My honest advice: Think twice before buying this product. Unless you have plenty of money and patience to spend on repeated repairs, I would strongly recommend looking at more reliable alternatives. Very poor durability. Very poor reliability. Extremely disappointing experience.
