I procrastinated purchasing this mixer for MONTHS! It's an off brand and honestly even after reading the stellar reviews everyone was writing, I still couldn't seem to commit. One day I noticed this mixer was on a Lightening Deal for $385.00. That's over $100.00 less than what it has been listed for and I decided right then and there to pull the trigger and purchase it. Fast Forward....That was several weeks ago. The only regret I have in this purchase is I wish I had purchased this sooner. IT IS A POWERHOUSE! My old Kitchen Aid Stand Mixer can not hold a candle to this mixer! Aside from being beautiful to look at, the motor seems more quiet than the KitchenAid and it mixes in record time! I have tripled my cookie dough recipes and this mixer cuts through the stiff dough and no doubt could handle even MORE dough if I decided to go 4x the recipe ingredients. This has cut my time in the kitchen in half. Seriously...IN HALF. Clean up is a breeze and can I just say my "2" favorite things about this mixer( that Kitchenaid missed the mark on ) is the convient timer on the side *it starts up automatically the minute you start your mixer AND there is a light that shines down into your mixing bowl as you are mixing that helps so much to visualize where you are at in the mixing process! GAME CHANGER!! $385.00 for this Mixer is the BEST money I have ever spent! This mixer truly is worth all the hype it is getting. I would encourage anyone who enjoys baking like I do to give yourself this gift. You will NOT regret it and "NO" I am NOT being paid to say this. Big Purchase..."Yes".....Is it worth it....."Absolutely" ! You will have no buyers remorse on this one. I NEVER write Amazon reviews......but this purchase was worth me making an exception.

I'm in love with this machine! I have a smaller model Kitchenaid which works great for most things. But I couldn't do a double batch of bread without the dough climbing up the hook into the machine. Enter the Zacme. This machine has so much power and yet it is so quiet. It has a huge motor and bowl, and it effortlessly mixes my sourdough to a perfect windowpane (if you bake sourdough, you know what that means) without even getting warm. I've used it so far on a regular country loaf and on a higher hydration focaccia bread, both with equal perfection. It is a dream machine, and now I wish I hadn't hesitated to buy it. I haven't used it for other things yet, but it will definitely come in handy for the holidays when making large batches of mashed potatoes, cookies, etc...If you are looking for a large capacity mixer that will knead and mix your dough without breaking a sweat (or your budget) this mixer fits the bill. BTW, the white one goes on sale for $385 often, so keep an eye out for that. I got the green one at $388, which was a fantastic price for a heavy duty mixer.The only con with this machine is that it is very large, twice the size of my Kitchenaid, and so it takes up quite a bit of counter space. But that's to be expected with an 800w motor and 8.4 quart bowl.

I’ve been using this mixer for a couple of weeks now and I’m really loving it! I make anywhere from 10-20 two lb loaves of sourdough each week. I’m able to mix the ingredients for 3 loaves at one time. The mixer is so quiet and it really is a very nice looking machine. There are so many things that I really like about the mixer: the light that shines into the bowl makes it very easy to see what is happening, the large bowl and heavy duty motor makes it easy to mix large batches and it’s super quiet! The only issue that I’ve had so far is that it’s sometimes a little difficult to remove the bowl. My old professional Kitchenaide died and I couldn’t bring myself to spend $700 on another one when it would struggle to mix a double batch of sourdough. This Zacme was on sale, so I thought I’d give it a try. I’m glad I did!

I love this stand mixer, it makes baking fun. I recently got into milling my own grain and my poor kitchen aid just couldn't keep up with the bread I was making. I got this for my birthday and I'm in heaven. No more standing over my mixer to make sure it doesn't walk its way down the counter. This thing is solid. It's quiet too. I got the cream color and I also think it's quite pretty. The upper housing is plastic but that's the only thing about that's plastic. Everything else is metal. I love the timer feature and I love that it has an internal fan to keep the motor cool. I'm a home baker so technically I guess I don't need something industrial sized but I'm totally not sorry I purchased this.

I LOVE my mixer! Got this shortly after getting my grain mill when I realized I was going to burn up my kitchenaid trying to achieve windowpane with my bread doughs. I can now double and triple my batches, start the mixer, and leave it for 9-11 minutes (typically) before I get a perfect windowpane. This mixer doesn't break a sweat; the locking head is secure, the bowl is very roomy, it doesn't overheat with the built-in cooling fan, and I love that the dough can't climb up into the attachment area like it did with my kitchenaid. It is heavy, but it's very well made. The attachments are also heavy and good quality. Simple to use, and no learning curve if you're coming from a traditional tilt head stand mixer. I got the white, and it looks very pretty on my wooden countertops. I considered an Ankarsrum or Bosch, but so many people on FB raved about this one, and for the price, it can't be beat. I have zero regrets, and it has made bread making with fresh milled flour a joy.

Let me state for the record: I do not write reviews. I don’t have the time or the patience for it. This, however, is different. Secondly, let me state that KitchenAid is a generational thing in my family. 3 generations plus various aunts and other family members all have KitchenAids. I am the rebel in the family and this is no exception.When I was searching for my own KitchenAid, I happen to come across this mixer. Several things stood out from the beginning - NSF Rated, 800 watt, and COMMERCIAL grade. I had to look and I’m glad I did.My mixer has a name - Spike. Yes, he is named for the bulldog in the Tim and Jerry cartoon. He is tough, no-nonsense, and takes no prisoners. I got the cream color because it’s awesome.I managed to get this on sale, so it was a no brainer. It was over half the price of the comparable KitchenAid. Spike arrived in short order and I have been working with him every day since. I bake every day, sometimes multiple times per day. We’re talking everything from bread products to sweet treats, etc. Everything is easy with Spike around.Whoever designed this thing had a pretty good idea of what goes on in a kitchen. It is beyond sturdy. The base is solid aluminum and the top is plastic. Not your average crappy plastic but heavy duty professional-grade plastic. I wish it was aluminum as well but you can’t have everything. The fan and motor are super quiet. You really don’t notice it that much until the unit turns off and the sound isn’t there anymore. I churn out some heavy doughs with this thing and it’s still very quiet.Let’s talk a bit about the timer - OMG!!!!!! KitchenAids do NOT have a timer so I never knew that I needed one until Spike came. I use the thing constantly now. What a great and innovative feature! I thought I would never use it, to be honest. Like I said I use it almost every time I bake.Some things I do not like, all minor annoyances.The accessory cover is plastic. Very crappy plastic, might I add. It is also super polished, so one fingerprint and I have to clean it lol. This should have been stainless like the rest of the unit. If you decide to make it in stainless do not hesitate to send me one.The Flex Edge beater attachment is black. That should be stainless steel like the other attachments. It should also be standard in the box, rather than separate.It would be great if there was a bowl-lift model but this is still so awesome and powerful that I don’t need the bowl-lift for anything other than aesthetics.All around this mixer is great. I will not be going back to KitchenAid anytime soon. I love this mixer so much that I’m actually starting a bakery business around it. That’s saying a lot.

First, This product came from the factory double boxed, and in plenty of foam for a safe arrival, which I appreciate. Unboxing was fairly easy. Upon inspection, there was not even 1 tiny flaw in either of the 2 mixers I purchased. I was elated to hear how quiet and smooth the mixers ran.I bought one for me and my daughter.I made 4 loaves of bread in one batch and this mixer handled it with ease, and quickly!! Then I made a large batch of clam dip, and the whip attachment, creamed that cream cheese smooth without any lumps, effortlessly. I was very impressed!My daughter made a double batch of chocolate chip cookies and was surprised and very happy with the ease of mixing and the quietness of the motor. She also makes bread..and expects that this mixer will do that with ease also.Will these mixers stand the test of time?..we will watch and see...I will update this review before 30 days..and both of us will be heavily testing these 2 mixers thoroughly.Considering my daughter and I have been purchasing top of the line mixers for decades, and been disappointed in the quality decline and the outrageous price hikes, in the last 10 years..this mixer is a refreshing change in quality and price!What good is a $700 mixer if it cant handle bread?...Im optimistic about the Zacme.

As a 30+ year user of my 5 qt kitchen-aid stand mixer, I was apprehensive of buying this. I think this is a good mixer, but needs one more round of design improvements before it is a great mixer (seriously, it is so close). They are clearly going for the high-end of the Chinese knock-off mixers without the full Kitchen-Aid price tag. I bought it on sale at $385 and am pleased with it as a purchase. Here follows my thoughts after a few uses:1) The bowl is thicker than the cheap stainless mixing bowls, but noticeably thinner than the Kitchen-Aid 5 Qt bowl. I really like the 2 handles, it makes carrying it while full a breeze. It locks in place nicely to the base. I don't think it will last as well as the Kitchen-Aid, but is it not a cheap bowl.2) The speed switch feels luxurious in the hand. Its low speed is much lower than the Kitchen-Aid, which is wonderful (I had to put a speed controller between the Kitchen-Aid and the wall to get it to run slow enough that it didn't make a mess, no need for that on the ZACME). I have not yet whipped cream in it, so I don't know if the high is equivalent.3) It is so much quieter! The cooling fan is the loudest part, and it is substantially quieter than the Kitchen-Aid.4) They added a disk to the top of paddle blade (and the other two as well), it is perfectly positioned to "catch" your ingredients as you add them. I don't think there is a way to add flour while operating without getting a lot of it caught in the disk. This is poorly designed. I will have to get a pouring shield to allow me to add ingredients without stopping and tilting the head back.5) The attachments are heavy duty stainless. I like this so much more than the enamel coated aluminum ones I came from. I've gone through 3 paddle blades on my Kitchen-Aid and I don't put them in the dish washer any more. No worries on the ZACME attachments.6) It is big. I can't put it on a part of the counter where there is a wall cabinet above it - it gets too high when tilting back.7) The suction cup feet stick well to my granite countertop and it doesn't move while mixing (s far, have yet to make a large batch of dough).8) The front attachment mechanism looks heavy duty, but definitely not Kitchen-Aid compatible. I hope they flesh this part of their ecosystem out soon. It has potential to be terrific.9) The housing is thick-ish plastic. I wish it were metal, and failing that, I wish it were thicker plastic. But it definitely is not thin. A little thicker and this would be a total non-issue.10) It is good enough that I am now going to get a second bowl. Every serious cook needs a second mixer bowl with air-tight sealing tops. I haven't found the tops for this yet, but I am looking.The attached video is the second time I turned it on. You can hear the cooling fan running from the first time. The comparison shot shows its size next to a 4.5 quart Kitchen-Aid tilt mixer (what it is replacing).

Powerful, sturdy, well made, very quiet and do the job easily. Bought an Ank recently and had difficulty to manoeuvre it and the dough was not very smooth, every time. It’s now in the basement.The Zacme works like a charm and dough is perfect! Very happy with purchase. Would recommend. Thanks.

I searched for almost a year before deciding to purchase this unit. I have only used it twice so far, so we will have to see how the longevity is, but so far I am in love! I needed a machine that could handle multiple batches of dough at once, and this one definitely does the job. This machine runs very quiet. The only sound is a small fan noise to keep the motor cool. So much quieter than my Kitchen Aid machine. The timer function is very handy - set a time and walk away- the mixer will stop when the timer ends (there is also a pause feature). The twist into place bowl and tilt head are also fantastic. The machine is light enough to be stored elsewhere and carried to the counter when needed. It has suction cups that keep it secure on the counter. The dough hook, paddle and whisk are heavy, quality pieces.

J'avais peur de le trouver trop gros vu que je cuisine pour 1 personne donc 1 pain à la fois mais finalement il travaille les petites quantités comme un grand chef ! Les accessoires sont d'une qualité exceptionnels très gros et lourds. Le moteur est vraiment puissant et telllllement siliencieux c'est impressionnant! La lumière qui éclaire le bol est un gros plus et j'adore aussi la minuterie super pratique. Le poids de l'appareil n'est pas un problème car j'ai placé un tapis coulissant dessous afin de le bouger sur le comptoir et ça n'empêche pas l'appareil d'être très stable. Pour le moment aucun regret d'avoir changé mon KA pour ce modèle, rest à voir si l'appareil durera dans le temps.

I had to replace my kitchen aid mixer and it felt like I was replacing them every 3-4 years with a more professional model yet they were not lasting any longer. After reading reviews I decided to take a chance on this one - it's bigger than my kitchen aid and I thought it might be better for bread dough. I love it. It is so quiet but powerful. I make dough all the time and use my mixer to kneed the dough - having a timer on the mixer itself to mix for exactly 10 minutes and then stop is a game changer! I wish the paddle scraped more of the edges but honestly I haven't had a single mixer that does that.
