perfect for large batches
Very sturdy and quite heavy. The handle is comfortable, cool to touch. I used it for personal canning this summer and it worked for my needs-difficult to get such a large item into the corner of the stock pot however.

Great Whip, I don't mess around when I cook and I hate Cookware that is not up to the task. When in doubt use restaurant supply cookware. It costs less and delivers more. This is a great Whip for large jobs.
