Works very well. Great for stopping the large birds like crows getting access to the fat balls. The small birds are very happy and loads more coming to the feeder!

I brought this in the knowledge that the smaller birds would be able to finally get some fat balls, but NO IVE HAD MAGPIES, ROOKS CROWS SQUIRRELS RAVENS ENJOYING THE FATB BALLS I PUT IN THEM. SO IF YOU DONT MIND ALL BIRDS & SWURRELS ENJOYING THIS BIRD FEEDER THEN BUY IT. IF YOU JUST WANT TO FEED THE SMALLER BIRDS , I WOULD GIVE IT A MISS AND BUT THE ONE THAT SPRINGS UP IF A SQUIRREL OR LARGE BIRD TRIES TO FEED FROM IT.

Good build quality and working well so far - however it still allows the bigger birds to get at them if that's what you're trying to prevent- does seem to work really well against squirrels though!

Took minutes for the jackdaws to start eating the fat balls again, very ineffective. The cage itself needs to be larger, otherwise they just poke their heads through the bars and still get the fat balls fine. I’ve spent a bit more in a larger feeder and wish I’d done that in the first place!

These are very good. However the Jackdaws are able to reach in and they demolish the seeds and fat balls. They need to be an inch or so wider.

I bought these for my elderly mother to look out the window to see the birds feeding on a feeder stand , great product, it stops the bigger birds getting into eat all the food so also attracting more little birds

Si j'avais eu connaissance de cette mangeoire pour petits oiseaux de la nature je l'aurais achetée depuis bien longtemps. Les pies ou autres ne peuvent pas accéder à la nourriture et c'est formidable, donc achat très utile et parfait.
