SweetLeaf Stevia Drops Liquid Sweetener, Lemon Drop - 2 Fl Oz, Pack of 1

This stuff is really good just a dropper full and I 16 oz bottle of water makes it taste kind of like lemonade. It makes water so much easier to drink. I keep one in my book bag I keep one in my purse I have one in my car.

I have been using Stevia's SweetDrops for the last year and have really enjoyed them. I initially purchased the vanilla flavor to add to water, plain greek yogurt, etc. My kids try to sneak a few drops in their water periodically too. I thought the lemon would be a good addition for use at work. I was hesitant to keep them at work as the bottle says it needs to stay refrigerated after opening. I have several co-workers that keep them at their desk (no refrigerated), and they haven't had any issues. thought I would extend out to some other flavors for use at work. The lemon flavor is pretty good. The lemon flavor is not as strong as I expected. It is also a little sweeter than I anticipated. Although not bad, I would rather a little more lemon flavor and less sweetness. Lemon yogurt is the new favorite in our house. Adding a few drops of this to plain greek yogurt gives it a nice flavor. Although it takes a few more drops than I had hoped. When using the vanilla, I could add about 5-8 drops to 3/4 cup of yogurt and it sweetened it up just right. With the lemon, it takes a few more drops. At first I thought the SweetDrops were a bit expensive, but the 2oz bottle of vanilla lasted me about 8 months. I used it quite regularly (about once or twice a day or every other day). I'm very pleased with the product. I have only tried the Vanilla, Lemon, Coconut, and Orange flavors.

I tried those powder water additives but the ingredient list scared me. I have used stevia for years and love the various flavors for my coffee. I decided since I don't care for plain water that much that I would add a drop or two of Lemon flavored stevia in it. Wow makes the water taste better and I enjoy the flavor without a lot of junky chemicals and no calories. A win win situation. I have tried the Orange too and love that flavor also. It's also good in my hot teas.

Was encouraged to try stevia by my sister,who has been trying to discontinue artificial sweeteners in her diet. As a sweetener, I found this product to be very effective, but as a water additive I was pretty disappointed. It just doesn't seem to have a strong enough flavor for that purpose. If I added enough so the lemon flavor became noticeable, the water was unacceptably sweet. If I added the amount that other reviewers seemed to recommend, it was sweet but with no trace of lemon. The same applied to iced tea and hot tea. Too bad, since I had really hoped to use it to flavor my water without the heavy doses of artificial sweeteners found in other flavoring agents. But it doesn't woek for me in that capacity.

This is my favorite non sugar sweetener. Also good for brushing, kills germs.

ALL off our family members have been enjoying SweetLeaf Liquid Stevia in the Lemon Drop Flavor for years, and we have NEVER been less than excited to get a fresh supply, on the rare occasion when we happened to ran out. We have used it to flavor everything from Spring Water to Icing, and enhanced the flavor of more dishes than we can count. In all honesty, we have used nearly every SweetLeaf Liquid Stevia Flavor that is available, and never been disappointed. Are there some flavors that some family members like better than others, absolutely, but that is just a matter of personal preference. When we finished the previous bottle, and this bottle was opened, we couldn't wait to start using it, just as we had through the years, but what we experienced was anything but pleasant. This bottle was nothing like any of those we had ever received. It made all our dishes have a distinct taste that none of us could even relate to anything else we had ever tasted. We ruined several recipes, as we had no reason to do any type of sampling prior to use, since we had NEVER had any problems. The comments, were: I cannot eat this; this tastes awful; what is that strange taste; did you change this recipe, etc. None of us know what happened to the SweetLeaf Liquid Stevia in the Lemon Drop Flavor that we had ALL LOVED for so long, but PLEASE, whatever change was made to the formula, bring the old formula back, as our most recent bottle is WORTHLESS!!! Sadly, we did not need to open it until the Return Window had expired, but we will not be buying the Lemon in the SweetLeaf Liquid Stevia Line until we have assurance that the next bottle that is purchased will be the same as we had LOVED for years!!!

This stuff is pure gold for me as I use it in tea instead of milk. Turning vegan brought the insurmountable task of trying to find an adequate milk substitute that still made the tea taste like tea. I failed! In the end I decided to go back in time to Georgian England and use lemon instead. As I have a sweet tooth and didn't want to use sugar, this lemon stevia seemed like a good idea. It is expensive and unfortunately I use a lot, but the flavour of the tea is certainly enhanced by this little gem!

I was skeptical when I saw how much I would get in a bottle, but you will be surprised how far a few drops go. I definitely suggest this product (or other flavours) if you want a sugar-free option for mixing drinks, coffee flavour, or flavour for fat bombs, this works beautifully. I used this one for sugar-free lemonade and was not disappointed. Just remember that some people don't like stevia due to a slight aftertaste... some people are bothered by it and some are not.

yummy in water, enhances lemon water, great in baking some sugar free lemon drizzle cupcakes too!
