desertcart.com: Think Big (The Live Big Series): 9798447784263: Kronenberg, Kat, Miles, David: Books Review: imaginative books - Imaginative book that encourages kids to believe in themselves and be proactive. It help kids see their own powers and not be afraid to experiment! Review: Great Series - In the newest "Big" book by Kat Kronenberg we are again reminded of the fact that stardust is all around us and that it may be magic. (We know that it's really full of animal facts told to us through fun characters). Once again I was a little bummed to not have the pictures to enjoy. I know many ARCs have them but this one did not. This time we learn a little about giraffes, bees, kudos, and even trees! We once again can sing along and, I think my favorite part, there are ready made activities to do with your young readers. Now that we are all stuck at home, these books can provide parents with a lot of ideas. While I think the first book is still my favorite, I am really loving this series.

Educational fun story
In this book, young readers are introduced to a variety of topics, from animals like giraffes, bees, and kudus to the fascinating role of trees in our world. The story also keeps the interactive feel of the earlier book, with moments designed for singing along. My favorite addition might be the built-in activities that encourage kids to keep exploring the ideas after the story ends. With families spending more time at home, these kinds of hands-on suggestions can be especially useful for parents and caregivers.

A great gift for children
I was invited to read the award-winning Live Big series created for children by Kat Kronenberg and NetGalley in exchange for an honest review. Think Big is the last book in the trilogy. It seems to be written for older children, as it has sections that small children could not do. There are activities such as writing who they are, their gifts, goals, and passions; creating a family tree, and learning to be generous with not only those on the tree, but with community regarding safety, food and water, medicine. They are then to consider how blessed we all are, no matter our circumstances. This, too would be a wonderful book for slightly older children. What made The Grumpy Book Reviewer grumpy? Not a thing!

Beautiful illustrations
Baboon returns with some new friends who have to learn to think how to help others when problems arise. The animals are cute as they figure out how they can help each other to escape some bad problems on the savannah. I enjoyed this beautifully illustrated story and looked for messages and clues along the way. I liked that the mythology of the animals was spoken of and included. I also liked the activities at the back of the book that give ideas on how to help others even if it is only to smile and have fun.

Amazing Read!
I recieved this book from the Publisher for honest Review. I read and showed this to my 2yr old Granddaughter, she loved the art work and the story. I was so excited to read it to her. Know everyday she wants me to read it to her. She even walks around the house with it all day. She tries to tell me the story by showing me the pictures. She even tries to read it to her baby sister (she 6 months old). She was so excited when I show her the book. This was a fun read and I enjoy the illustrations, the animals, the colors. I highly recommend!

Great multipurpose book.
This is a beautiful children’s book with stunning illustrations. It has a fantastic message to be yourself and be brave and be kind. It also has hidden messages throughout the book so it acts like a Seek and Find as well as a great read. There are many different animals that run into different obstacles and they get through it anyway. It is a bit long and wordy for what it is and for the target age.

Professional Review
From the Oh Bless It! blog - Ever have those moments when you just want to give up? It seems that there's nothing you can do to make a difference in your life or in the lives of those around you. Kat Kronenberg penned a delightful story to show children that there are ways to get out of that slump. Beautifully illustrated by David Miles, the characters come to life on the pages within. I'm a firm believer that we always have a choice. As a "two-legger," I am blessed with the freedom to choose my attitude, my outlook, and my actions. This book reminds us that sometimes, in order to make the right choice, we have to think BIG; sometimes we have to make an effort to have our brain connect with our heart. Activity ideas are included at the back of the book that are geared for kiddos 6-10 years old, but the story can be enjoyed by kiddos as young as 3 years old. My own children loved learning about East Africa by reading the interesting facts included on some of the pages: facts about giraffes, bees, Baobab trees, and kudus. This would be a great addition for any elementary school classroom and even a simple home library. This would also be a useful tool for anyone who does family counseling. I did not have the privilege of reviewing the first two books in the Live Big Series - "Dream Big" and "Love Big" - but if they are anything like this one, I would recommend completing the set.

It is always fun to read children's books rooted in a great story that inspires kids to build a fun life with others. The illustrations and the use of animals as characters add to an engaging lesson in "Think Big." I would recommend it for every home's library.
