I wil have a double door 10 ft. install, each door is approximately 90-100 lb. will this work?

yes ,it can be used for 90-150kg .

For the track, where it connects together does it just but up against one another or is it puzzle pieced out and connects together?

It butts up to one another but you have to use the connectors they provide so that it is continous. It's an oval looking piece with "CCJH" on it. My track was 11' so I had to use 2 connectors (which were included) for the 3 pieces of rail. I can take a picture of mine and try to post it.

Does the roller have bearing to make easier to roll?

YES. T style roller with bearing, slide smoothly.
