This product gives me a good sized amount of nitric oxide producing amino acid. Does a great job for what I want

I put it in my coffee, makes it berry flavored. My exercise endurance has improved significantly.

This seems on par with a more expensive cardio powder but less expensive per ounce. Tart cherry flavor. I’m mixing one scoop with one to two scoops of grass fed type 1 & 3 collagen plus some fruit- strawberries or blueberries. I blend all with a small ninja blender or cuisine art blender. Mixed with 4 to 8 ounces of water or more to taste. Add some ice cubes. Turns out a little frothy. Option -One True lemon flavor raspberry 10 calories can be blended in for taste between two servings.

I have taken Cardio Miracle for 1 1/2 yrs. I have had wonderful success with it. I purchased Cardio Complete because it was comparable to Cardio Miracle in most supplements and the price is a better buy.

It tasted much better than I expected, in fact it tastes great. I’ve taken L-Arginine and L-Citrulline for years to improve overall circulation and to keep my blood pressure in check, after reading a book by Patrick Holford called “ Say No To Heart Disease: The Drug-free Guide to Preventing and Fighting Heart Disease.” It’s a big proponent of L-Arginine and L-Citrulline for controlling blood pressure. That combo in particular, works very well. It really does what it supposed to do, but the problem is that many of the supplements out there taste awful. I’ve tried capsules or tablets and they just don’t seem to work well. I’ve also tried several of the “beet” juice drink mixes and while they work, they just taste plain nasty. This has a pleasant berry flavor and goes down easy, but you need to mix it well. The powder is kind of granular and I’ve found it mixes best in a blender. Just using a spoon isn’t going to cut it. Give it a try, this is the best Nitric supplement I’ve found to date and I wholeheartedly recommend it.

It is a very beneficial product

My husband was hopeful to receive good results from Cardio Complete as it contains many excellent ingredients. It has turned out to be disappointing, first as a taste issue due to excessive sweetness (too much stevia). After a week, my husband wasn't feeling well and was experiencing stomach discomfort after taking it. I decided to check the ingredients and was horrified to find it contains the preservative, stabilizer EDTA. This was not mentioned online when I investigated ingredients. Both EDTA and stevia can cause stomach discomfort. I can't imagine that any of the other very good ingredients could be to blame. Perhaps with a small change in formula, Cardio Complete could be an effective supplement. As it is, however, my husband can not use it.

I don't feel any different so I can say how it helps but the taste is fantastic so I'll be buying again.
