Quiet but powerful at low setting, built like a tank. Great value.
The build quality on these fans is outstanding. Feels like something that will serve me for many years, through many computers.Installation was simple, with multiple options for mounting via screws or anti-vibration dampers. the compact size was convenient, as it fit is a tight spot over a GPU that needed a little help cooling itself. You may run the fan at three speeds, depending on the cabling you choose. An extension is included for long runs, and the AC adapter plug allows for daisy chains.Performance is very good, and inaudible at the lower setting. It may be a small thing to some people, but Noctua's packaging is top notch. You really get the feeling that you invested in a top quality product. While I would normally prefer a company save the money and put more into the product or just charge less, Noctua makes you feel like you're holding something worth owning.

Best premium sets of fans.
Love these fans and the extra accessories it comes with. They are premium fans and you can connect them to your motherboards 4 pin connector. These have a 3 pin input since the models are not PWM. They are FLX if you connect them straight thru the motherboard they will run high and you will hear some noise. I say full load they will sound like your pc stock fans at medium load or ps4 in loading screen just starting to spin. These types of fans do come with 4 different cables1. Extensions cable to increase in length 2. Mid Speed (mark10) reduces the power and noise of the fan 3.Low Speed (mark 12) reduces the power a bit more and sounds way less. 4. Molex cable adapter that can be connected to your PSU(Power Supply Unit) if you have molex adapter. It will use your psu the speed will be high and connecting to psu directly. These are very slim but with power. They are the size of a single slot but a bit less if your curious.

Cooler + Quieter = WIN
Awesome fan, exactly what I was looking for. I have a Node 202 build with a 1080ti FE that I use for video editing and gaming, plus crypto mining during its "downtime". This case fan was the cherry on top of my build, which I'm super happy with. The GPU compartment in the Node 202 is really tight, so there's not much space for fans in there, especially with the chunky 1080ti card. This one fit no problem, is really quiet, and is keeping my GPU MUCH cooler. It would sit around 82 degrees with the GPU fan blasting at 100% while mining before installing this fan (which was loud AF). Now it never goes above 75 degrees, and I only have to set the GPU blower to 75%. So overall this one fan has made my computer cooler AND quieter. Also really impressed with the overall build quality of this thing. You can feel that its solid and well constructed, and will last for years and years. Worth the few extra bucks over similar fans from other brands.

Great Fan.
I always loved the Noctua fans just because they are one of the quietest ones on the market and produce a lot of airflow. I have a Zotac Zbox I use as a daily driver and I didn't like the temps that I was getting with it being passively cooled. I tried out a bunch of fans that I had and all of them seemed to help a bit, but were 25mm in height which made them too big for the application. I have it nested between my 2 monitors and the 15mm fan would do the trick. The only brand I considered for this was Noctua.I have to tell you, this thing is REALLY quiet. Keeps the PC around 35C running daily tasks, which was a huge improvement since the machine was usually in the 50's during normal usage. I ran a Cinemark benchmark on the machine, and without the fan, it was hovering around 79C, with the fan. I wasn't getting past 65C. Great improvement. Also one nice thing about it, the voltage on this thing is nice, since I have it running off of a USB plug on the Zbox. Unfortunately It didn't come with the package so I had to buy a usb to 3pin fan adapter. Overall, I would recommend this fan for anyone needing a low profile fan that still is able to cool the machine sufficiently.

Excellent performer in slim profile
The OEM front case fan (DF 1202512 SEMN) on my 2009 vintage Rosewill Challenger disintegrated, with the blade broken in two and only the blue LEDs visible.I ordered a replacement as well as a second fan for the empty spot on the side of the case. Both of those were 25mm thick 120mm fans, and the Rosewill case requires a thin fan. The original Rosewill fan turns out to be 15 mm thick. The market selection of thin fans is far smaller than what's available in stock width. The OEM Rosewill fan is nowhere to be found. Fortunately the Noctua NF-A12x15 FLX three-wire is an excellent replacement. As with the OEM Rosewill fan, I wired this one directly to the MOLEX power for continuous operation. Two low-noise adapter cables are included, and I ended up using the the higher speed NA-RC10 to take RPMS down from 1800 to 1400. (The other choice is 900 RPM with the NA-RC12 cable). The fan is barely audible at 1800 RPM, and inaudible at 1400. I don't miss the blue LED. It was obscured by the dust filter, which I always thought an odd design choice. You can connect the fan directly to a motherboard three-wire fan jack, but I chose to use the included MOLEX to match the original design of the case. Hard drive temps are now consistently 2 degrees C cooler than without the fan present. The quality of the packaging, the innovative low-noise connectors, and the build quality of the fan are worth noting. This is a touch more expensive than other fan choices, but worth the extra spend.
