I have used a few different oregano oil brands during the past 15 years. I have not taken antibiotics since i started using it for bacterial infections and mouth cleansing. I do oil pulling with a dilution of oregano oil and peppermint oil into a 12 oz container of coconut oil. I take about .5 oz at a time to do the oil pulling. Not only does it pull toxins out of the mouth region., but it also leaves the mouth feeling fresh and minty. This particular brand, Zane, is BY FAR the most potent brand I have used.

This is the only oregano I ever buy. I first bought this over 9 years ago. I put one drop in my water bottle. This oil is strong, I tried a couple of drops on a little bit of coffee and it was rough, burned my throat a little bit, a friend recommended me to buy empty pill and put the drops in them which I did and now is great
