Great projector mount!!
We absolutely love this mount!! It saves space by allowing us to watch shows on our projector in our bedroom and not having an actual television. We've had our projector on a dresser since moving into our forever home but I recently purchased this mount and we installed it last weekend to the ceiling. We had a few issues with the mounting screws not wanting to tighten like they were supposed to so we improvised by cutting a small piece of 1" board to create a shim between the mount and the ceiling. So far it has been a wonderful addition to our bedroom and we don't have to worry about bumping the projector or knocking it out of position. I also love that I can now watch shows on my bedroom wall while doing laundry or other things and being blinded by the projector light or casting my own shadow on the wall blocking whatever I'm watching. 10/10 Recommend!!

Decent option (but doesn't have 360* swivel as advertised)
I'll start by saying that the installation was pretty easy, and the mount seems like it'll work pretty well. With that being said, it's not perfect. And required some minor modifications and installation adjustmentsThe biggest issue I found is that it definitely doesn't have the advertised 360* swivel action. In reality, there's basically no swivel if installed as outlined in the instructions. Fortunately, the solution is pretty simple. Just remove one of the two bolts that comes installed in Pan & Tilt component that attaches to the mounting plate (see picture). It'll still be plenty strong with only one bolt installed, and will then allow you to easily swivel/rotate the projector from side to side. A nice bonus is that it frees up an additional M5 bolt (which will come in handy later).Another minor issue I found was that the included hardware to mount the bracket to your projector was insufficient. They specifically include m3 and m4 bolts for mounting the bracket. But many projectors use an M5 thread pattern. Fortunately, there were a couple extra M5 bolts. And by choosing to install only one M5 bolt in the pitch holes (also pictured). And by removing the above mentioned M5 bolt to allow for swiveling the projector. There were just enough M5 bolts left for the bracket to projector mount.Other than that, everything went together pretty easily. My projector's footprint is a little smaller. So I had to swap in the two included Small Plates into the bracket. I also didn't use the included expansion bolts (anchors), as I was able to secure the mounting plate directly to a solid wood surface. However, to do this the holes in the mounting plate weren't ideal. So I drilled a couple new ones on each side. In doing so, the metal seemed pretty soft. But should still be good enough for this application.Overall, it's a pretty good value. And may work just fine for folks without any modification or installation adjustments. Once installed, it's fairly sturdy, even though the metal seems to be a little soft.Giving it 3 stars because if installed as instructed, the advertised 360* degree swivel functionality is non-existent. And while this was an easy fix, the claim of 360* swiveling was not at all accurate.

Incomplete instructions, the mount does not support the projector it simply hangs at an angle.
Once mounted the projector points at an angle at the wall. If the intention is to have a functional mount that supports the projector and allows you to point it and center it at your projector screen, this mount is useless and a waste of your money.

Check and make sure your holes lineup
My projector is not that old and it was very hard to make it work. I needed to invent different hardware. It only comes with cement anchors not drywall or ceiling. Luckily, my husband is very handy and made it work.
