I wanted to try Gu roctane but didn't want to buy it the gels. I bought this powder form and I use it before my run. The big box is very good value for money. Honestly I cannot tell the difference between Gu and Gu roctane but maybe there is a difference. The energy levels are usually high 20 minutes after drinking it. Love the Gu brand in general

I feel far less tired after long rides since I’ve been using Roctane. Can’t recommend it too highly. It’s got 250 calories, which is the same as a Cliff Bar, BCAA’s, caffeine, and of course electrolytes. Summit Tea flavor doesn’t have that fruity taste that I don’t care for at all.

It’s as good as every steamy dream you ever had as a teenage boy, it’s the summit tea my boy. Get you some. Relive the glory days in your head as you effortlessly click past the miles as easily as sipping on an iced tea at grandmas house when you were a kid.
