Modestly-Priced and Well-Constructed Balance Board
Laminated wooden board with Grip-tape surface. Hollow but sturdy heavy-felt-covered roller. Pre-drilled brass screw-in ports for positioning the 'stops'. It's very quick on hard surfaces (tile/hardwood) so starting on a softer, plush surface (area rug, lawn grass) is advisable if you are just getting started. Indoors a railing or a corner helps transitioning to a faster surface. Good workout on knee and inner thigh muscles

Love at first balance
I recently started using a stand-up paddle board and loved it. Because of the fun I had using it and the way my body started to shape up. But then the cold weather came preventing me from hitting the lake. I came across this balance board and thought I would give it a try. I freaking love this thing! This brand is WAY cheaper than the other boards like it. And honestly, I don't know what could be better about this board. It is a great workout and a ton of fun. You can do it while watching TV or looking at the computer. I am buying a second one to leave at work, so I don't have to carry it back n forth from my house. If you are looking for a fun way to work out or practice balance, you should try this board.

Great exercise
I bought this to help with my balance. It is a great workout, harder than it looks. It does come with safety rails so you don’t just go flying off. It is very sturdy and great quality.

Broke after 3 weeks
Complete loss of money. The board broken after 3 weeks of daily usage of 1 minute (I am 160 lbs). The cylinder is not round as it should, hence creating instabilities. Pure crap

Balance board
Great board! Works best on a carpeted floor but still great and best price for quality I found on Amazon. I’ve had for about 4 months. Dog tried to bite it and still solid

Easy set up
I purchased this item to help build my core muscles due to low back pain. I’m the past I used one of these in therapy to help strengthen my core. This one is great because you can adjust the pegs underneath which increases or decreases difficulty. It’s nice to have now in my home so I can use it every day. The price was right and the quality is better than I expected. I would purchase again.
