These postmatals were great. Easy on the stomach and provided the necessary nutrients. A lot of other ones I tried made me sick and this was one of the few I was able to continually use.

I loved this brand during pregnancy, but standard prenatals started making me sick postpartum. Switching to these made me feel so much better. Highly recommend!

So far these have been great. The pills aren’t overly huge and there isn’t any weird after taste. I also haven’t noticed any upset stomach from taking them. I can’t say if it’s only because of these pills or a combination of factors, but my milk supply has increased lately as well.

I dont know if i saw any results but it definitely made me feel like i was taking care of myself in some way while postpartum.

I love the way these vitamins make me feeling would totally give them 5 stars just based on the way I feel after taking them. Lots of energy, no more brain fog, and amazing sleep however, my milk supply is low when I started taking them 3 months postpartum (I still had prenatal so I finished those up before buying new vitamins) and I thought maybe it was "the 3 month crisis" so I started pumping to see what my little was actually getting and yes rapid decline in supply so I stopped taking them for 2 days and my supply was back to norm. So now I take them for 2 days and off for 2 days and it is a balance I had to figure out. Super weird I think maybe to much magnesium for me I am not sure. I think it maybe a personal issue my body has with too much of something. No bad smells, easy to swallow, doesn't make me nauseous, no complaint other than my supply drops super low when taking them.
