I use these daily!! I work at a school so I’m constantly around sicknesses and germs. I take two a day and I don’t want to jinx anything but I’ve been relatively healthy. When I did get sick my symptoms were mild and gone faster than before. It’s all about the zinc! These are a blessing! I can only find them on Amazon now. Other retailers stopped carrying them or are out of stock.
