My fiancé needed these to prevent “chub rub,” at his foundry job. These are breathable and perfect for him to wear under his Greens to keep his protective clothes from chaffing him with all the sweating he does.

Read other reviews, sized up by 2 in hopes of a fairly loose fit. These are exactly the material I was looking for (inexpensive teen basketball chic haha) so I won’t be returning them. Luckily I am actually on a weight loss journey so eventually these will fit exactly how I wanted them too, just not today. In the interim, they’re still comfy and the two sizes up made them loose enough to not impede movement. If you’re someone with a relatively boxy frame, one size up probably will do. If you have any sort of other shape that gives you a bigger butt, hips, and/or thighs, like me, order up at least two sizes. I’m not convinced only one size wouldn’t still be too tight to impede movement if you have a body like mine

I wanted these shorts big and loose exclusively for lounging indoors in air conditioned comfort, and doing just a few things outside around the place. I am a compact guy, 5'6" 140lbs, take a 32/30 workpant, with pretty short getaway stix lol (legs). Ordered large and hated them- too tight and didn't fall below the knee, way too small. Exchanged for 3 pack of extra large, not bad. The black pair pictured is my fave, they're the biggest. Waist has drawstring and puts them right where I want 'em. Super cool and comfy, decent quality dual layer mesh material is slick and smooth, which feels great coz err..I ride commando hehe. 🥴😉🤭 Material is dual layered, but be advised, even the black ones can be quite a bit ahem...see through...esp if the sun is behind you. I don't mind but it seems certain ladies around here ahh...really appreciate it lol! 😳😍🤭🤫😉I don't wear these out and about in public, just for relaxing. If you plan on using these more in public...boxers underneath would prolly be a good idea I suppose. 😏🥴😁 It's gonna top out at a scorching 111°F here for the next few days...glad I got them. 👍
