Dear customer, thank you for your question. To use this product apply a 50p sized amount to the face and massage in circular motions followed by rinsing the skin with warm water. Alternatively, you can use cotton wool to remove. Hope that helps?

Is this Anti-bacterial and is it good enough on its own for hands after using the toilet to remove germs like anti-bacterial handwash?

This is not anti bacterial, this is very gentle skin cleanser, so gentle that you can not wash it off but just wipe it off with towel.

Has anyone used this product on a toddler?

Oh yes! Very safe for toddler as my kids use it to wash their face for shower. Doesn’t sting their eyes & really safe.

Is it authentic cetaphil products?

Actually I had the same question, but ordered anyway. I think they have changed the formula slightly for better result. I have been using this renewed cleanser for about 2 weeks, I don't feel any big difference yet.
