Great value
I purchase this ac unit as a replacement for a 2011 Dometic unit that lost its freon. I have a ducted system. The new unit fit perfectly in the hole. I used the same bolts and Dometic control box. The freeze up sensor from the Dometic went in the premade hole in the heat exchanger. The 6 connector plug matched up with the 6 conductor plug on the new unit. I did no hard wiring. The new unit has been running for 2 weeks during the latest heat wave and it does a better job than the old one. Yes, I do believe there is global warming. The money I saved over a new Dometic was well saved as I only use the motorhome about 6 weeks a year. I am pleased with the purchase. One more thing if your Dometic unit has a bad control board, the bad control board will not operate the new ac. Make sure your control board is not the problem before ordering this new unit.

Crapped Out on 2nd Day
Put this in my mini toy hauler for a trip to South Dakota. Worked great when I installed it. 2nd night at the camp ground. No more cold air. The compressor comes on but no cooling. Pretty much ruined my trip. Now to contact Warranty Service and see what kind of hoops I will have to jump through. WARRANTY was a nightmare. I had to get a HVAC tech to do the work and it cost me out of my pocket $615 which is more than I paid for the unit !

Loud
It is loud, wasn't terribly easy to install, there isn't much, if any difference between the levels and I hate that it has no sensor/ never shuts off.

Works well needs additional items
Works well but came with no instructions and needs additional control besides thermostat, would purchase again however you need to purchase their interior controls.

As described.
Easy to install. Make sure you order the proper control Mount kit for your unit. This is JUST THE AIR CONDITIONER. I used the ducted kit with wall thermostat.
