Wish I'd bought this sooner! My dog stopped barking with just the vibration mode. No more headaches

The collar works perfectly well. I had issues with the charger head, and the company sent me a replacement. Highly reocommended

I don’t recommend buying this at ALL! The seller is creating a product that will stop working after less than 1 month so you keep buying. Thats the 3rd one we bought and again stoped working after 3 weeks. That’s a scam.

I bought this product and set it on vibration and beep mode, and also followed the instructions closely to ensure everything was done correctly. My dog has been barking endlessly - all day and not once has the beep or vibration triggered!! I even got a replacement unit from the seller which also does not work. So in conclusion this product really sucks and you shouldn't spend a dime on it. Go buy another brand on Amazon hopefully you'll have better luck!

Unfortunately I opened it too late to return it. Its too heavy for a small dog and the metal prongs seems more like a torture device.

The collar is big and has two large metal prongs underneath. I tested it on my own arm first on vibration mode only and it still gave me a shock. There is no way I’m putting this on my pet. The prongs would dig into his neck and it still shocks them. I returned it because I wanted vibration only.
