Has lasted well. Used on a daily basis for muscle aches and pain. A good sizes for great coverage. With the quilting you don't loose all the beads to one end it's evenly spread across the pack. Definitely buying again.

Terrible item do not purchase 1. Does not heat up at all 2. Got damaged in the first use and spilled beans all over the microwave

I like the size and the colour but it just doens't stay hot enough for long enough, which is a real disappointment. I would be happoer with a lower price for it, considering the aforementioned heat retention. The colour is lovely though and the fabric really nice against the skin so those are a bonus. No scent which is my absolute preference.

Great for pain relief ,only downside is the heat pads for microwaves do not stay as hot for long unlike a conventional hot water bottle. However safer ,and perfect for shoulder, hand or knee pain ,be prepared to reheat frequently .

I like the lavender colour ,how it's so soft yet good weight . I use it on my neck shoulders back and knees . I have osteoarthritis and this helps loads . It folds where sewn sofits comfortably wherever it's used. You need to start off with a few seconds then you can gradually get up to 2.5 minuits which is more than hot enough. If it dries out ,place a small amount of water in a microwaveable pot or similar with the heat pad and do a minuit in the microwave a few times and it should bring it back to life. But ... dont keep using it if its dry as you will ruin the beans inside. Brilliant I'm really happy and feel comforted when using it. It's like a cuddle ❤

Very bad product. I followed the exact instructions to heat it and it worked after trying to heat it 2-3 times . The second time after 3-4 days I tried to heat it for 60s again, the products fur got burned and it’s not even heated. Trying to return/replace it but unable to do so.

Nice heat pad with a nice weight. I use it to reduce muscle pain over upper back. I do have the plug in but I like the heaviness of this pad. For personal use it is soft and very nice over the skin. For clinical use, I would use a protector otherwise the fabric with get dirty and you do not want that. I have an old microwave and 1:20 minutes is perfect for the heat, last a good half hour over the skin without burning. Really nice heating Pad.

Bien coté chaleur qui apporte du confort mais ne dure pas longtemps (max 40 mn, mais bon facile a réchauffer) pas 60 secondes mais bien 85/110. Dans mon cas (capsulite épaule) cette "bouillotte" est trop lourde malheureusement, parce que fait du bien quand même
