Very fast working computer
Computer so far has lived up to expectations, it's very fast compared to my old computer and has plenty of memory. It is also very light if you are carrying it a lot.But probably most importantly the after service by the company was excellent, emailed them and two minutes later got a phone call from Wesley, hope I got his name right. He very competently spoke me through directions to set up and said to give him a ring on Monday to see if he could help me with anything else. Then once again talked me through some technical stuff. After sales thus Excellent

Misleading info
States that 1TB hdd but in actuality it's 120Gbs

MISLEADING SELLER, SELLING A PRODUCT AS NEW & DELL (The Manufacture). Says sold it a year before!
Misleading seller! Sold & Represented this laptop as new! The manufacturer DELL says it was sold to a retail customer on their website a year earlier! I have filled a complaint with the New Jersey’s Attorney General’s Office & with the BBB!

No hard drive!
I have been negotiating with Dell for service. It never even occurred to me that a computer could arrive without its hard drive. Just a message saying 'Failed to detect hard drive' and some kind of really loud warning noises when I turned it on...
