Works ok
Not as powerful as expected but does work. Only blows forward and no tilt.very noisy even on silent. I have a split air conditioner as well which is alot more powerful

I regret buying this! it's very noisy when it's cold outside and on the heating setting it goes into the defrost setting fairly often, which it blows really cold air into the room!! It's a pain to fit on solid brick walls. We did have it in the lounge originally and moved it as it was too noisy to watch tv. It should be fitted at ground level as it doesn't blow downwards?? All in all don't bother and get a proper split system
