Leaving hair dry and frizzy
I own a salon, and sadly this product has made the hair of three of my customers extremely dry and frizzy. The dryness is to the extent that the hair looks extremely dead. I am not aware if a faulty product has been delivered. My highly experienced staff has been doing these treatments for six years, so I cannot think they messed up. All three customers have faced this. Request you replace this
