I, er, needed a size up kendogi from my last, and there was no doubt that if this was still available I would get the same one, so I did. (Size 4 fit me well when I was 5-10, 175, and Size 5 does the trick now that I'm still 5-10, and a *redacted* heavier.) It feels right, it fits right, it keeps its color and surface well, and if I start practicing multiple times a week I'll get another to rotate through.

I bought this in the matching bottoms. The recommended size was a 2XL but the XL was plenty big. In fact it's a little big. I'm going to have to try to shrink it. I am 5' 11 210 pounds and have a 34" waist and a 45 inch chest. I hope that helps with sizing

In the beginning it looked fine, but after the first wear it tore on one of the sides, it does not even have a tag saying what fabrics it's made out of, definitely I don't recommend it for intense practice, as a matter of fact, I'm returning this right away!

Sleeves were a bit short but then I've come to accept that I have a longer wing span than the average person. Going up in size didn't help either. But it fits otherwise.

This is a good inexpensive spare training set. The arms a too short, I am 6' tall and they cover about to mid-forearm.

I am pleasantly surprised at the incredible quality - heavy fabric with reinforced pattern stitching, taped seams, extra padding and extra seams for kendo armor, deep indigo color - five stars all around.
