Did not know brand name of this thrift store grinderI bought , measured and ordered this by diameter. Bingo works great, built to last , four pounds of pork shoulder ran through it as fast as I could drop it in. Super pleased, order came quick.

Good quality
I have a Vollrath mixer and it fits perfectly fine in the #12 hub. I received the item pretty fast. I have not used it yet, but I did wash it and it has not stained. Looks like good quality materials.
