I have a small house and no foyer, so this small cabinet was perfect for the available space I have.It was easy to assemble.I like the soft close hinges and the espresso color. I think the foam seat cushion looks a little cheap (but it is firm and comfortable) and hope the seller will consider making replacements in other colors such as light and dark gray, dark brown, tan or navy).Overall I’m very happy with the purchase and would recommend it to others looking for a relatively inexpensive storage option.

We've been enjoying our shoe storage bench for a few weeks now. It looks good, the soft close doors are great, and it gets the job done.I do question the sturdiness of the bench, as I didn't feel the installation design and mounting hardware was very well thought out, leaving room for items to potentially move or pop out of place if jolted suddenly with force. I honestly do not believe this thing can hold 300lb+, and would not be comfortable with anyone over 200lb sitting on it.With that said, it doesn't wobble or anything and works fine for us since we're on the smaller side. The cushion is surprisingly firm, not necessarily in a good way, but at least it seems like it should last a while. The finish quality of the wood wasn't great in spots, with several very noticeable scuffs, knicks, and scratches that we had to either sand or paint over with an espresso pen.For $200, I was expecting something a little better in the design/quality/finish areas for something I had to assemble myself. At least installation was very easy. Overall, we're mostly happy with it.

This was the perfect size bench to add to our closet. Assembly was easy. One knob had too big of a hole drilled in it and customer service was very easy to get a replacement. I only wish it had a lip on the back of the top to prevent the cushion from sliding backwards.

I have purchased many small furniture pieces on amazon and wayfair, and they tend to be somewhat "cheaply" made. This piece, however, exceeded my expectations. Good, solid piece, with soft close cabinet doors!

Very happy with this product! Love the color. Was easy to put together and love the slow close doors. Only thing I would have preferred is a choice in cushion color.

I am not good at assembling these types of products and this was actually easy for me to do. Obviously, it will take some time to assemble but without any frustration! The quality so far is good and sturdy. Keep in my mind that my house does not have heavy traffic. Overall looks nice and sleek and holds shoes . This is something I’ve been looking for and finally found this product that meets my needs!

The shoe storage bench is very simple to construct and is made of solid wood, so it feels like a substantial piece, given the modest price tag. It holds eight pairs of adult shoes and I’m sure it would hold many more children sized shoes. I love the bench, as it is simple to sit and put on shoes that are being stored right in the bench! I would highly recommend this.

I bought a damaged box item and was pleased that the item was in perfect condition. It was straightforward, easy assembly and the finished product looks great.
