Transistors functioned properly without any surprises. Price was good for the package. It is an excellent choice for lab projects. I use them regularly in my lab courses in college.

Excellent for low power slayer wands
This was my first attempt at a slayer circuit, following Plasma Channel's (YT) instructional video for a 9V battery powered wand. Endless fun for kids and adults with no arcs/sparks.Highly recommend to anyone curious about slayer/tesla circuits, but be warned - you will have requests from every child in your circle of family/friends!

Was as expected
Ordered these to make a variable load to test solar panels. Use a very big heatsink and more devices than specs suggest and you will be good.

Not up to specifications
They do claim to be 60v 10A transistors, but if you put more than the 3A through they'll almost immediately break. But they do work as long as you don't exceed 1.5-2A.
