Sorry folks. Maybe I just don't know the good stuff but this is very good. One testimonial said it was like baby food. Well sorry my dear but if you have ever had hummus in Greece or Israel you would know that the texture is NOT that stuff you get in the plastic tubs at the American supermarket. Nope. Hummus ought to be smooth and creamy. Well, like baby food I guess. I did add a little fresh garlic, lemon juice and black pepper. I may add a little extra tahini when I make the next batch. Delicious.

LIKE THE TASTE USE IT ON RYE CRACKERS. I DO NOT REALLY KNOW WHAT IT SUPPOSE TO TASTE LIKE. I SHELL BE BUYING AGAIN.

No added flavors, you can put your favorite flavoring in: red peppers, pine nuts, lemon, garlic

Disappointed The hummus had an after taste of vitamin C powder.
