The price was good, can't comment on the printing as has not been used yet

Initially, when I put the black cartridge in, everything seemed fine.Then I changed the other ones, and now nothing works.The error message reads: ERROR CODE 0X04358A98 HW_GAUSS_CHIPI have read reviews elsewhere, and this error might have occurred after a recent driver update of which the chip wasn't aware - but I wouldn't know how to change that back.I've already attempted all the troubleshooting that's available online.
