I have two bulging disc pressing on my spine? Do anyone think this will help me heal? Or sleep better. ?.

I have 4 bulging disks in my neck. I use it 3-4 times a day for 10-15 minutes when my neck is acting up. It helps me a lot. You wouldn't really want to sleep with it though.

The product principle looks very simple, I am a little doubt whether it helps?

I have a pinched nerve in my neck which causes extreme shoulder pain along with tingling into my arm and hand. I was a little skeptical at first too. This product actually works for me in relieving pain and pressure in neck and shoulders. It is soooooooo comfortable, sometimes I fall asleep on it. Buy it!

Can i sleep with this ?

No, not to be used as a pillow. This will cause you to wake up with a sore and stiff neck. Look up Traction pillow on amazon and it will come up. These devices make great neck stretching devices but they should not be used as sleeping bed pillows. By the way, the traction pillow will require an adjustment period.

Will this fit a neck that is as thick as a football linebacker?

I don't see why not. It goes behind your neck and seems fairly open.
