Good sweet taste , yummers
Crispy, sweet, delicious broccoli, dont see too many of the florets, lots of small square cubes. Tasty and delicious. I just keep them on the countertop, and when I want a quick snack, grab a handful. I would recommend if you like freeze dried broccoli. I am going to buy it again, as long as I can digest it. It is in a large cylinder container , like a large coffee can, so you may want to put it in a better storage container. The color is bright, and looks good to eat, fresh looking freeze dried veggies, if that makes sense. No other ingredients than broccoli.

Would totally buy again!
Seller great! Quick, on time, we'll packaged as described and was recently packaged and had the full shelf life available. The freeze dried broccoli cooks up great with the exception of dont try to rehydrate it asa cheesy broccoli soup in one go or it gets a weird spongy texture have a hard time describing. Steamed and sautéed though my family knew no difference in the beef n broccoli I made. My 12 yr old actually snuck a jar of these and ate like popcorn. Almost a fill pint jar (its humid here and once opened you have to store with moisture and oxygen absorbers in air tight jars). Taste was good and will buy again for my hurricane prep. Only con is the tops of broccoli get knocked off in shipping as there is no way to fill the whole can and lots of space to bounce around the contents in shipping. Just the nature of what it is but otherwise great!

Completely wonderful THANK YOU!!
I've bought hundreds of cans of this broccoli over the past few years. It has become a staple in my diet a) because it is extremely nutritious b) because it is very fresh and tasty ALWAYS 100%. Literally out of hundreds of cans I've experienced maybe 3 cans with 1-4 pieces of broccoli with brownish spots I tossed out. These are my potato chip replacement go to snack. Put in a bowl, drizzle with Greek olive oil, sprinkle on some smoked salt and SO YUMMY!! Forever in my pantry now! 😁🤗❤️❤️

Tips Fall Off
Overall, I’m pleased but my reactions are mixed. What I didn’t like is that a lot of the tiny floret tips fell off when the broccoli was soaking. I tested a small amount but it was impossible to transfer the entire rehydrated batch into another container for my salad. The tips stuck to the container. There was no way I was going to rinse it as the instructions stated. More tips would fall off. So much wasted already. I was hoping the florets would stay intact. This is my one disappointment. It hydrated real quick so maybe I’ll try for less than 5 minutes. It would be good for soups but not a salad unless you don’t mind wasting a lot of the tips. I ended up gently rinsing a small amount before soaking. I stored it in the fridge right after. From my pic you can see what happened Everything else was fine. Good mixture of pieces. Vacuumed packet well. Be sure to have a reliable can opener ready. Another good point is you’ll have broccoli when you need it and it won’t turn color or spoil. I’d buy again but not for the regular price. My image shows the tiny floret tips after I took out the pieces I wanted.

Tasty freeze dried broccoli florets and stems
Tasty freeze dried broccoli florets and stems. The pieces are small, but it works out perfectly for me after they rehydrate and plump up. I l also like to eat this freeze dried broccoli straight out the can. Great shelf life up to 25 years until the can is opened. This product is easy to quickly rehydrate. It smells, tastes, and chews with the texture of cooked broccoli, once rehydrated. This is so convenient and saves me a lot of time in the kitchen. This being freeze dried broccoli you will find broccoli powder at the bottom of the can from the broccoli tumbling around inside. I use the broccoli powder when making eggs for breakfast, add it to the dough when I make fresh biscuits, add it to my smoothie, and add it when making scallop potatoes. So nothing goes waste and it all works out very well for me buying this product. I find it a great value at a great price.

Auguson Farms, THE BEST!
Auguson Farms Freeze Dried Broccoli was great for taste and ease of reconstitution, and for use in delicious recipes where fresh broccoli is usually the norm. I must also point out that at the same time I ordered Auguson Farms broccoli, I also ordered another brand of broccoli. There is no comparison! The OTHER BRAND'S contents were about one quarter broccoli dust, appearing as if the floor had been swept, canned, and sold along with half a can of freeze dried actual broccoli. I will come back to Auguson Farms for the good quality they offer.
